Description

Same character that I modelled before…

This character (Lynn) is actually from the 2D Arcade Fighting Game - “RAGE of the DRAGONS” released and develop by SNK Playmore & EVOGA...

I decided to do a 3D modelling of a character from the existing 2D fighting game as a part of my Lowpoly modelling practice... beside I’ve never seen someone did a 3d model of this character that’s why I choose her as my subject. In addition, I want to know how precisely I can really copy or do the 3d model in a lowpoly form from the references that I got...

I actually first modelled this character in a 880tris polycount, and I decided to improve the model and increase the polycount to 1,000 polys, then now I decided to push the polycount more and increased it to 2942 polys ^_^ and I also re-UVunwrap and repaint the textures again, this time I also apply Specular map + Bump map and Opacity map (opacity map for the hair) and set new Riggings on the model, instead of just using standard Bones on the rigging I used the Biped to learn the other approach on rigs…

TOOLS:
Modelled in: 3D's Max
Textures in: Photoshop CS

Please check out the other polycount model of this character:

I need to get myself to use 3Ds max and make models more...idk why i never brushed up 3d...
well mostly learning rigging, uvmapping, and making misc model parts look decent..
Or know how to make model parts and set em up as "bodygroups" for a model with multiple parts as animation for face and etc.

anyway,Sweet work.I hope ya keep this going.
